Voneto and Semperon Announce Merger

PHILADELPHIA, PA – 1/1/2017 – Voneto and Semperon have announced today the planned merger of their business operations to offer a unified communications solution to the enterprise and SMB market. Voneto will acquire the Semperon assets, people and customer contracts and the merged business will operate under the Voneto brand.

Semperon, founded in 2004, provides IP-based phone systems and conferencing services to small- and medium-sized businesses with one goal in mind – to remove the burden of deploying, supporting and managing a distributed workforce. Semperon is proud to serve customers in more than 30 states.
